I launched The Frame to help leaders embed insights where they belong: at the center of strategy. My style is equal parts analytical and human-centered as I connect dots across data and context, ask strategically imperative questions, and tell consumer stories that inspire confident decisions.

Even before I knew what “consumer insights” meant, I was curious about humans and their needs, their behaviors, their why. This curiosity has weaved through roles at Deloitte Consulting, AT&T, and Topgolf where most recently I redesigned brand and customer feedback systems to boost participation and sharpen insights across the enterprise, putting the consumer at the center of decision-making.

Through it all, I’ve found my sweet spot: translating complex data and human behaviors into clear, actionable strategies that accelerate growth and improve customer journeys. Because insights only matter if they’re framed to influence real decisions across the business, not tucked away in marketing silos.
